Tasting Notes
Tawny rim, with red core , the wine has an open-knit, fully mature, spicy, oaky, plummy, toffee-scented bouquet, moderately rich, soft, fruity flavours, and a supple, velvety finish.

Serving and food pairing
Decanting is recommended to separate the wine from any sediment that has developed over the years and to allow the wine to breathe and open up.
Serve at around 60-65°F (15-18°C) to best appreciate its complex flavors and aromas. This mature Bordeaux pairs well with classic dishes such as roast lamb, beef tenderloin, or duck breast. It also complements aged cheeses and earthy mushroom dishes.
