Guarantee
Unlike many other wine merchants we guarantee our wines and ports for three months after purchase. If you are unhappy with the product for any reason just return it unopened, in its original packaging, within three months for a refund or replacement. Should the wine be spoiled upon opening within three months of shipping we will provide a replacement or credit against a future purchase. In the event that a wine is found to be spoiled and is within guarantee, please notify us by email within 2 days of opening so that we may have the opportunity to verify the claim. We may require the bottle and contents returned to us should we request it. Please note that we will not replace a wine if the cork is soft as this is common with older wines where the liquid has been in contact with the wine for a prolonged period of time. Older wines are particularly fragile and as we have no control over how the wines are stored we can not guarantee them beyond 3 months from purchase.
If the wine or presentation case has been damaged during transit - please notify us within 3 days from receipt so that we can arrange its return and issue a replacement.
Some wines are excluded from our guarantee. These are clearly marked as special offers and may include bin ends or wines of exceptional age and rarity with low ullage levels. These wines are clearly marked as such and are sold as seen. As with all internet purchases you have an option to return 'bin ends' unopened within 7 days for a full refund.
