Description

A 1965 Barolo from Terre del Barolo is a remarkable wine, offering a deep, complex experience that reflects decades of aging. Terre del Barolo is a cooperative that has produced wines with a focus on expressing the classic characteristics of the Barolo region. After nearly 60 years, this wine would have developed a rich array of tertiary aromas and flavours, making it a unique tasting experience.
Careful decanting is recommended to remove sediment, but do so gently to avoid overexposing the wine to air, as it can be quite delicate. Pairing with aged cheeses, truffle-based dishes, or roasted meats would complement the wines complexity, though it can also be enjoyed on its own to fully appreciate its intricate character.
