Appearance:
Medium-deep ruby with slight garnet hues; some age development but still vibrant.
Aroma:
Matured red and black fruits (cherry, plum), with secondary notes of leather, dried herbs, and earthy nuances. Expect subtle balsamic undertones and a hint of spice.
Palate:
Rich and slightly softened—Grenache provides sweet fruit, while Syrah contributes structure and spice. Flavours of compote, cocoa dust, olive tapenade, and tobacco leaf emerge. Warmth from the vintage is noticeable but balanced.
Finish:
Mellow and lingering, featuring dried fruit, mild spice, and a soft herbal note.
