Description

The 2015 Palmer Port Colheita is a fine single-harvest Tawny Port, matured in seasoned oak casks to showcase the elegance of the 2015 vintage. Smooth and complex, this Colheita is ready to drink now but will continue to evolve gracefully in bottle over the coming decades. An excellent choice for both collectors and Port lovers. Enjoy now or cellar until 2040+.

Tasting Notes:
A warm amber hue with golden reflections. Aromas of dried fruits, toasted almonds, orange peel and hints of caramelised sugar rise from the glass. The palate is silky and layered, with flavours of fig, raisin, toffee and sweet spice balanced by fresh acidity. Refined, elegant, and long on the finish, this Colheita captures both richness and finesse.

Serving Tips & Storage
Colheita Ports are bottled ready to enjoy and do not require decanting. Serve slightly chilled (12–14°C) to highlight the fresh fruit and nutty complexity. A superb partner for roasted nuts, crème caramel, pecan pie or mature hard cheeses. Also excellent with dark chocolate desserts. Once opened, the bottle will remain in good condition for several weeks if kept upright in a cool place. Store unopened bottles on their side in a cool, dark environment away from heat and light.
