The 1975 Spanna Antoniolo - Santachiara is a beautifully aged Nebbiolo from the Gattinara region in Piedmont, known for its ability to develop complexity and elegance with age. Over the years, it has developed a bouquet of dried red fruits such as cherries and raspberries, along with floral notes of rose petals and violets. Earthy undertones of leather, tobacco, and truffle add further depth, creating a multi-layered aroma profile. The tannins have softened gracefully, providing a smooth, velvety texture, while the acidity remains fresh, ensuring balance and vibrancy.
