Still produced using the traditional methods, Castello di Brolio Vin Santo captures the true essence of one of the “historic” grapes of the area - Malvasia del Chianti.
The wine golden-amber colour, The nose reveals shades of honey, liquorice and tobacco. On the palate it is complex, sweet, lingering, with hints of coffee, honey, almonds and raisins.
