Description

A rich, deep garnet with russet highlights, this fortified wine opens with aromas of blackberry, sun-dried berries, cocoa, and gentle spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with luscious dark fruit, subtle walnut notes, and perfectly balanced sweetness and structure. The finish is long, warm, and contemplative — ideal for slow sipping or pairing with chocolate and nut-based desserts.

Decanting: Stand upright for 24 hours, decant carefully through a fine strainer, and serve slightly cool at 14–16°C. Allow a few minutes in the glass for the aromas to unfold.
