Aroma:
Honey, marmalade, dried apricot and citrus peel, with possible tertiary notes such as toffee, ginger spice or lightly oxidative orange rind depending on storage. High acidity in Riesling often preserves vibrant fruit even as the wine ages.

Palate:
Sweet but balanced — honeyed citrus and ripe stone fruit wrapped in sweet botrytis richness, supported by refreshing acidity. With 25+ years, tertiary flavours like fig, marmalade reduction, nutty complexity can develop.

Finish:
Long, warming and elegant.
