Tasting Notes
According to the producer, "the intense purple colour of this Quinta das Carvalhas Vintage Port 2015 reveals that we are dealing with a young wine. On the nose it denotes a bouquet of ripe fruit combined with floral nuances and rockrose. On the palate it is firm and mineral, with great definition. At the same time, it is elegant and rich in soft tannins, with a long and persistent finish". Best from 2025-2050+.

Reviews
Lush and layered, with enticing fig, blackberry and black currant puree notes, mixed with Turkish coffee, baker's chocolate and licorice snap flavors. Warm and fleshy through the finish, with a smoldering character. Best from 2030 through 2050. Score – 94. (James Molesworth, winespectator.com, Oct. 15, 2018)
