Quevedo Colheita (Single Harvest) Port

Single-harvest Tawny & rare White Colheita

Colheita is the Douro’s single-harvest expression: a Port from one declared year, matured in seasoned casks for a minimum of seven years – often much longer – to develop silken texture and layered complexity. Quevedo’s Colheitas show hallmark notes of toasted almond, caramel and orange peel, lifted by spice and gentle dried-fruit richness.

Alongside classic Tawny Colheita bottlings, Quevedo also crafts White Colheita – a rare, amber-gold style with honeyed citrus, apricot and floral tones. Whether you’re seeking a birth-year gift or a contemplative after-dinner glass, these single-harvest Ports capture the patience of long cask ageing and the precision of Quevedo’s blending.

Serving & pairing: enjoy lightly chilled (12–14°C for Tawny; 10–12°C for White Colheita). Decant only if sediment is present. Pair with almond tart, pasteis de nata, creme brulee or hard cheeses. Once opened and well stoppered, a Colheita keeps beautifully for weeks.
